What makes OLIVORA extra virgin olive oil different?
Our olives are pressed within six hours of harvest using a purely mechanical cold-press below 27°C. That speed is what preserves the polyphenols, the green aroma and the peppery finish — and it keeps our acidity below 0.5%, well under the 0.8% extra virgin limit.
How should I store my olive oil?
Keep it upright, sealed, away from direct light and heat, ideally between 14°C and 18°C. Never store it above the stove. Our glass bottles are UV-tinted for exactly this reason.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Greater Cairo and Alexandria arrive in 2–3 business days. Other governorates take 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking update at every stage of your order.
Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on every order above 1,000 EGP. Below that, a flat shipping fee of 60 EGP applies anywhere in Egypt.
Can I order in bulk for my business?
Absolutely. Register through our Wholesale Portal with your company details. Once our team approves your account you unlock wholesale pricing, bulk ordering and custom quotations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payment on delivery. Wholesale partners may also arrange invoice-based terms with our team.
Can I return a product?
If a product arrives damaged or sealed incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
