Orders and availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and server-side price verification. OLIVORA may contact you if an item becomes unavailable before dispatch.
Pricing and promotions
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Promo codes may have minimum order values, expiry dates and usage limits. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on destination and courier capacity. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. An order is not considered paid until the selected payment method has been completed and recorded.
Returns and product concerns
Food safety and product integrity matter. Contact OLIVORA promptly with your order number and photographs if a delivered item is damaged, leaking or materially different from your order.
Account responsibilities
Keep your password confidential and notify OLIVORA of suspected unauthorised account activity. Do not misuse the platform or attempt to access restricted areas.
